At Exotic Pearl, we are committed to providing high-quality products while maintaining strict hygiene standards.

Final Sale Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our exotic dancewear, bodysuits, lingerie, and rave apparel, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse.

Sizing
Please review our size chart carefully before placing your order. If you have questions about sizing, we’re happy to help before you purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging and shipping label

After reviewing your claim, we will work with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Shipping Delays
As our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners, shipping times may vary. Exotic Pearl is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
